The Allbiz Story

At Allbiz, we wanted to solve a major problem in the M&A and Business Sales space. The problem you ask! As an industry, less than 20% of all deals closed, in certain sectors, the actual closing rate was below 15%.

So, we started removing roadblocks from the process and created greater transparency for buyers and sellers.

The result, we are pleased that deal owners that follow our unique process are closing more than 60% of all deals.

Where does the name “ALLBIZ” come from?

The Allbiz Deal Room was formed after the merger of Ray White Business Sales and Mentored Business with Mark Bouris.

From the very beginning, we felt passionate about helping business owners and dealmakers close more deals with the best outcome in the least time.

Our Founders

Allbiz, previously Mentored Business was founded by Matt Holland (Founder of Ray White Business Sales) and Mark Bouris (Founder of Wizard Home loans, Yellow Brick Road and TV host of the Apprentice and the Celebrity Apprentice ).

In early 2020, Mike Manassen (The Manassen Family, one of Sydney’s wealthiest family’s) joined the team after acquiring a major shareholding in the business.

Mike is a key member of the day to day Allbiz team and brings with him, many years of experience in the food importing and wholesaling industry. (Manassen Foods)

As an experienced business owner and active investor himself, Mike is incredibly passionate about ensuring greater transparency in the deal-flow.

Early Growth and Direction

After initially focussing on the business broking and business sales industry, we shifted our focus to providing digital deal room solutions to deal makers and business owners.

By mid-2019, the business shifted away from offering direct business transactions and now provides deal room solutions to third party subscribers.
